It does not ask for Administrator. The invite requests View Channels, Send Messages (including in threads), Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History and Use Application Commands so it can post translations and run slash commands, plus Manage Channels, Manage Roles and Manage Messages — those three are used only to create ticket channels and set who can see them. You can review the exact list on Discord's own authorisation screen before you confirm.
